Delete Your Account

We’re sorry to see you go. This page explains how to permanently delete your Little Level Up account and all associated data, what gets removed, and how long it takes.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your account credentials (email and login information).
• Your baby’s profile information (name, birth date, and measurements).
• All tracking data (feeding, diaper, and sleep events).
• Growth and measurement history.
• Game progress and achievements.
• Any feedback you submitted.

If you share a household:only your account will be deleted. The other parent’s account and their access to shared data will remain intact.

Deletion Timeline

• Immediately — your access to the account is removed.
• Within 30 days — your data is permanently deleted from our systems.
• Within 90 days — any encrypted backup copies are purged.

How to Request Deletion

Email us at contact@littlelevelup.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include:

• The email address associated with your account.
• Confirmation that you want to delete your account and all data.

What Happens Next

1. We acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
2. We may ask you to verify your identity to protect your account.
3. Your data is processed for deletion within 30 days.
4. We send a final confirmation once deletion is complete.
